Tbh I think we’ve been very lucky to live in a world where almost all our best players have stayed well through their peaks before moving on (Agüero, KDB, both Silvas etc.) Having said that I would be proper gutted if Rodri left.

Something neither Maresca nor Kompany have done, even if both of their achievements are put together. So if you're that desperate to replace the greatest manager this club has ever seen, at least bring someone with solid proof that they can handle this job.
