@BBCkatyaadler @BBCWorld Seriously, Katya??? Since when has “angst” become a verb in English?

English

@DharshiniDavid @BBCNews - something missing… Slightly what? Bigger? Smaller? Fatter? Thinner?

English

@BBCLBicker - no, Beijing wasn’t. At the time the UN was established, the “Chinese” seat was held by the Republic of China (ie Taiwan)…

English

@BBCNews @nickeardleybbc - how about giving us some broader context? How many prisoners are released properly each day/year? bbc.com/news/articles/…
English

@gtconway3d Curious graphic design… Surely the red cross-out should be on top of the crown?
English

@BBCLondonNews @BBCNews - the word for a knife covering is SHEATH. (Sheaf is a bundle of wheat…) 🤦🏻♂️ bbc.com/news/articles/…
English

@BBCNews @BBCPolitics - why do you presume that Reform will win the next election? You write Reform “will do” this, that and the other.. Surely the correct verbal mode is “Reform would do X, Y” … if they were to win! bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

@AndyBounds @leahyjoseph Just (v late!) saw FT piece 17 June (“EU spurns economic dialogue”): EU-China Summit always led by Premier on Chinese side, & separate meeting with XJP when summit in Beijing. So not a snub by XJP as you write. (Am former Deputy EU Ambassador in Beijing.)

Here we go again @BBCWorld - when are you going to get Chinese names right? The new bishop’s family name is LIN, given names Yuantan. So you should refer to bishop Lin 🤦🏻♂️ The report refers to Mao Zedong, or Chairman Mao, so you should get this! bbc.com/news/articles/…

@RoyalFamily @KingsTrust If Steven Frayne is one person, then he is an alumnus…

The King and Queen have visited the recently regenerated Bradford Live, where they joined a reception with local artists and young people who have been supported by @KingsTrust, including alumni Steven Frayne - formerly known as Dynamo - who managed to change all of the WiFi names.
Their Majesties watched
a rehearsal by local pupils of ‘Sing, Dance, Leap’, an education programme run by @Northernballet and @Opera_North across the city.
