It’s consensus belief Josh Allen has needed more help than he has gotten. I think it’s OK to admit Joe Brady probably will need additional help too. Just because you thought McDermott’s time was done doesn’t mean Brady will fix it just by not being McDermott .
Nobody says this roster stinks. The team hasn’t been good enough to reach a Super Bowl, let alone win it since Allen arrived. I simply don’t believe a coaching change to somebody who’s never done it before will now magically unlock all doors by itself.
@ByTimGraham I have the opinion that they don’t need to get significantly better or different. Their QB normally trustworthy, flaked out and they lost the divisional game in OT. They were good enough last year. They must become situationally better. But I don’t know what that looks like.
