And I don't agree that they should. Why should someone who left Scotland decide it's future? Same issue as with non-citizens voting.

I have been where John is, and people debated for years whether I deserved the right to livestream because I have TS, it’s sucks that this is still happening to people when google is free. @cmo85 Politically speaking, yes. In a Scottish election [or referendum] we should recognise that English immigrants to Scotland are as much denying the will of "native" Scots as, say, EU nationals did in 2014, or as foreign nationals do now. I'm not saying take their vote away.
