@Geiger_Capital No one is agreeing to those 10 points retard. Its the starting point of a negotiation. Maybe 3 or 4 of them would stick and we would add 3 or 4 of ours.
🚨🚨BREAKING: The #Packers have submitted a request that would have games tied at the end of regulation go to a Field goal “Penalty Shootout” instead of having overtime.
Green Bay claims that getting rid of overtime would spare athletes bodies from over exhaustion and could extend the careers of all athletes in the league.
Instead of going to overtime, Each team’s kicker would have to kick from the 50-Yard line, kicking intermittently until one of the kickers miss.
The proposal has some supporter from other league managers, but is not expected to pass. 😬
@JomboyMedia That’s a dumb rule. Sure— I get it. “It’s to protect the first baseman from getting struck by the runner from a strong collusion.” But dude was so close within that margin, why the fuss? It’s dumb— he should have been safe.
@UmpireAuditor Umps aren't giving a fuck. They are close pitches they are going start calling everything a strike then just use your challenges. Seems pointless. Might as well just make it automatic.
Umpire Ron Kulpa missed 23 calls in the Yankees Marlins game and 15 went against the Marlins.
The Marlins were able to overturn 6 of those calls via ABS challenge.
Marlins lost 9-7.
PlayStation Studios has quietly updated its official website, removing nearly all references to PC from the descriptions of its internal and support studios.
Only Nixxes Software, Sony's dedicated PC porting team, still mentions the PC platform.
@RockChartrand So how do you determine the amount? What rules would determine who pays what portion? Maybe it'll be prorated so each person pays a certain part based on how much they made that year?
Unpopular opinion: there shouldn’t be tax rates, there should be tax amounts.
If you split only federal spending evenly, it’s about $27,000 per adult per year, with roughly $3,700 of that just paying interest on past spending.
That’s the actual price tag.
The reason it’s hidden behind rates and brackets is simple: amounts create accountability. If every adult saw a bill for $27K, the question wouldn’t be “who should pay more,” it would be “why does this cost this much, and what am I actually getting for it?”
Right now the system blurs that. Costs are diffused, benefits are emphasized, and the bill is partially pushed into the future.
Amounts would force a different conversation.
Not about redistribution, but about value.
And that’s the part the current framing avoids.

There should be stricter regulatory laws against the predatory practice of cash out offer amounts by retail sportsbooks being well beneath market values.
It's official:
US gas prices are now up +$1.00/gallon since the Iran War began with mortgage rates nearing 6.50%, a 7-month high.
At the current pace, we could see gas prices at $4.50+/gallon and 7% mortgages as soon as next month.
