When does a fluid challenge become a near drowning? Well before 20% body weight given I would think.
This is a true story. I’m a mutual friend and remember this. They couldn’t fly home until diuresed for fear of mid flight pulmonary oedema.

She was short of breath and a bit confused ... spent next week pee’ing it out. High profile tertiary centre.
