We can’t wait that long. The corruption is existential. This is the power of state attorneys general. They can block the mergers now. As AG, I’d flip the script entirely—bribing the administration to get your merger through makes you the top enforcement priority of Colorado.

If we want to restore the rule of law, we also need to attack the ways the law has been rigged by corporations and billionaires to fail working people—forced arbitration and other fine print tricks are a core part of the scam. As AG, I’ll attack abuses of fine print and make sure corporations can’t use forced arbitration as a get-out-of-jail free card. #copolitics @LeverNews
