@CWHomeConnect Well it was sorted and also not sorted. 1. I ordered the 50/50 line with no throttle. Im not getting that. It seems im being CHEATED. 2. I mentioned that my main Competitive gaming time is at 8pm. But you close by than. How do we get support? Last night it dropped again.

@CWHomeConnect @vumatel The most disappointing bit of this debacle is that no one has taken responsibility for the damage caused. Have had to buy data daily because of no network. Been on calls daily with call centre agents. Had two technicians who've failed to resolve. What more can I do? Honestly!

My @vumatel fibre has been down since Monday 10AM and I’ve called @CWHomeConnect daily since to sort this out. Today is Friday, 4PM, I am still without internet. Have an audit to wrap up, have quarter-close reporting to do. I’m spending R200+ daily on data bundles. How Sway? How?
