The amount of “#1 recruiting services” in this country is impressive. 🤦‍♂️ Sales 101: Create urgency when you don’t have a real product. “Last chance.” “Coaches are still looking.” “We’re your last hope.” That’s not recruiting — that’s pressure selling. Spend your money however you want… just do your homework. Or don’t — and pay $75 for a 20-minute “consult.” Your call.

@CoachTatum90 I try to remind folks that it’s coach it’s a verb and not a noun. If you don’t love to coach more than being called coach then this ain’t for you.

I don’t understand coaches who refuse to clinic. Not in person. Not at events. Not at colleges. Sharing, learning, and growing the game should never stop. That mindset just blows my mind.
