Another Internet cable has been damaged between Finland and Sweden, Aftonbladet reports.
This break happened on land within Finland. Authorities suspect sabotage. An investigation is ongoing.

@TrentTelenko Aren't most of the agreements dead already? Russia have already used chemical and incendiary weapons against Ukraine. If they could use nuclear weapons without fear of backlash they probably would have already.

@TrentTelenko Well, that's a lie. California have spent $11B so far on the rail network project the bridge is part of. The bridge itself did not cost that much.
It's still darn expensive though and the whole project is now expected to be at least thee times as expensive as planned.

@TrentTelenko I wonder where the 320 GRAD MLRS number comes from. According to Wikipedia it's "2 × 30 122 mm rocket launcher A-215 Grad-M" on a Projekt 775.
OTOH a 775 does have a 500 tonne cargo hold. If half of that was explosives that matches the damage to the railway station decently.

There were a lot of things that contributed to the oversized bang of the Black Sea Fleet landing ship Nonocherkassk.
Carrying 320 122mm Grad rockets certainly contributed.⬇️
Is there a way we can estimate how big the bang was? The answer is "yes."

Before destroying the Kakhovka dam today, the Russians raised the water level to a record-high 17.5 meters by keeping the gates closed. The wanted to make the flooding as large as possible in order to stop the Ukrainian Army from conducting a counteroffensive in the area

Someone is filming a screen playing recorded footage in slow motion. That's why the image is moving. It's sometimes possible to see the date and clock in the upper right hand corner of the screen. The playback seems to be running at about 1:3 of real time.

@TrentTelenko I have to disagree with your assertion that there are multiple compressor stations. According to Wikipedia NS1 has only one compressor station Portovaya and NS2 one in Slavyanskaya.

The best & highest pressure under sea compressor stations are spaced at 536 km (333 miles) apart while the low pressure compressor stations are spaced at 322 km (200-mile) in the case study I found. (Link)
