Three armed suspects entered the home around 01:25 while the family was asleep. When the girl came out of her upstairs bedroom, one of the intruders allegedly fired at her before fleeing the property with the other suspects. She was shot in the legs and later underwent surgery to repair fractures in her foot and remove bullet fragments. She is currently in a stable condition. I saw that, and its basically a document saying when ICE agents can legally enter a home without a warrant which is if they are pretty much chasing the person and they run to their home. Home isnt "safe" like it is in a game of tag. The other way to get in is with an admin warrant. Nothing in those documents say they can walk in to any house at any time for any reason. They outline in which scenarios they can legally enter a house, just like cops. They cant enter a house freely, unless certain circumstances are met.
