The net effect of this:
1) a wealth transference to the insurance companies that lobbied to charge higher rates by citing dodgy actuarial figures
2) weakening Citizens by removing relatively safe properties like mine from the risk pool
They're breaking Citizens to "save" it

Tallahassee is a wholly owned subsidiary of the insurance lobby. I'm being booted out of Citizens because a new state law says I have to go w/another company charging 19% more (for windstorm I never have or really can collect)
If it was 20%, I could stay
