@SeaWorld your app is lacking in so many ways compared to the other parks here in Orlando. Inaccurate wait times and some rides not even showing on the map (Penguin Trek). I would think you would want to provide a better level of service to your customers!

@SeaWorld I have been waiting on a refund since Dec 6th, due to on of your employees completing a task incorrect with one of annual passes. Every time I call they keep telling me it’s in progress. I’m not understanding why it’s taking so long. Please help!!
