Hey @SeaWorld your San Diego guest services needs help. I've sat on the phone for at least 5 hours in the last two days. This morning, I eventually hit 1 for the callback and NO callback. I've had a problem with the Complimentary Veteran tickets and I can't use them currently. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

@SeaWorld My mother-in-law ordered a ticket online for tomorrow and it never arrived to her email. We have reached out to customer service who resent but it still has not shown up. Is there a way to confirm the email this was sent to? I have a confirmation number if that helps.

@griffonline Hello! Yes, you can purchase that add-on Front Line Fear for the date you plan to visit. Front Line Fear is separate from any admission ticket.

@SeaWorld I’ve recently purchased 2 x “SeaWorld Orlando Howl-O-Scream Single Event - Choose Any Night (2026)” tickets from a UK supplier (Attraction Tickets). I assume I can purchase two “Front Line Fear” tickets individually on your US site for the day I choose to visit?
