So, my daughter wanted knotless braids because that’s the new thing. I said, do you trust me to give it a try? She said, yes mommy. Here we are. Knotless braids ✅ I did not disappoint 🥰

Today, my father Ron & I share that my mother, Rosetta Linda Adkins, passed away on Friday, July 7 at 7:00 pm, w/ my dad, her sister Jacalyn, & myself by her side. After a long & hard-fought battle w/#FrontotemporalDementia, Rosetta is no longer suffering & now at complete peace.

@amaybee Thanks for sharing- caregiving is challenging, and can also be an amazing (albeit difficult) gift.

My dad died at 54 when I was 12 yrs old. His last 3 yrs he was ill he devoted to time with me and my sister. In the end I had more of a dad than many of my friends. It has lasted me a lifetime even tho I grieve to this day.
