Of all the plants I wish I could take with us to The Linn, this might be the one I want the most. It’s a really mature, beautiful what I think is a Catalpa bignoniodes in our garden in Leith. Thanks to whoever put it there - it’s been a wonderful presence these last ten years.

@LinnBotanics Starmer can do one. A pledge that sounds good on paper but will return virtually nothing. I’d prefer to see an overhaul of the education system where CYP’s voices ARE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO rather than a poor attempt at an entitled sense that their voices matter.

Wholeheartedly agree with this. I went to an international school and I learned to speak like I deserved to be listened to and behave like I belonged in the room. Doesn’t mean I talk any less shite than anyone else, but those attitudes can take you a long way.

@dohoodle @peanutsnake Played ‘Two Lies & a Truth’ today with my P7’s. One truth from an unassuming lass was ‘my Granddad was run over by a car, got up and chased the car’. HE WAS A LOLLIPOP MAN AND WORKING. Have you met drivers? They’re awful. Amazing so many make it to pensioner age frankly.
