@SemperFiArsenal I’m struggling to defend this manager and team at the moment. We’ve been below par in a lot of recent league games, aside from the win at home to villa, even the ones we won. Also, we are so slow and lethargic in attack, it’s mind-numbing! It’s all very concerning.

@JamusMcKenna @kimmoFC This was not his general consensus. He actually stated that he was on the end of a similar tackle in his career which resulted in an injury. He said the tackle is “nasty”, and he’s surprised that the ruling on this sort of tackle has never changed.

@JECook96 Realistically, I see Liverpool have some tough remaining fixtures, when pressure starts to build as we get to the final few games… they still have to play; Everton twice, City away, Arsenal, Newcastle etc. I don’t understand how you have such little hope.

@C_Rigden It's nothing to do with my support, I back this team to win but there is too much to do when it comes to the title. Do you realistically see Liverpool losing 4 times in their remaining 15 games?

Newcastle have built a nice team over there, I hope they go on to win it. As for us, simply not good enough over the two legs. Off to Dubai tomorrow for a week, recharge and refocus. We have a Premier League title to chase.
