Most people improve within 3–6 months, though persistent cases may need advanced interventions. It's possible his season is done but the club aren't willing to say it.

Arsenal needs to sign a world class coach in charge of attack ASAP just like we have one in charge of corners, throw-ins etc. This will sharpen the attacking prowess in our attackers. Obviously Mikel Arteta has improved Arsenal's defence and the midfield especially with Declan Rice in it, but we can't say the same of the attacking. Something is missing.
