The NLRB and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals have both ruled in favor of unionized KOIN workers, who say the station's corporate owner has tried to bust the union for years. So far, those verdicts haven't been enough to get KOIN owner Nexstar to comply. portlandmercury.com/news/2024/08/0…
