Dress code should be appropriate for the weather conditions everywhere. I really feel sorry for our Traffic Police sweltering in Kolkata temperature of 40° . Uniforms should be weather-friendly.

Kolkata may not be anything in competition as a serious metro but traffic moves quickly and eateries are still the cheapest. Kolakata absolutely rocks in this.
