If you think that the Selection Committee is going to put in 26+ win Mid-Majors over sub .500 Power Conference teams in the expanded tournament...you are out of your mind.

The NCAA is run by idiots🤦‍♂️
Yahoo Sports@YahooSports

The NCAA is expected to finalize an expansion of the men’s and women’s tournaments to 76 teams soon after the completion of this year’s March Madness tournament, per Yahoo Sports' @RossDellenger. Barring something unforeseen, “it will happen,” a high-placed source told Dellenger. The proposal would add eight games to the First Four, with 24 teams playing in an opening round before advancing into the second round.

Power conference teams: mid-major teams need to play more power teams in non-conference play if they want their resumes to be taken seriously for the NCAA tournament Mid-majors: hey we want to have a stronger schedule, can we play you Power teams: lmao absolutely not, we’re not gonna take any chances of possibly losing to you Power teams: see, mid-majors don’t play anyone and also it’s their own fault for not scheduling us

Just so you know, if we expanded to 76 teams this season, 26-6 Belmont is STILL not a sure thing while 16-15 Auburn would be in with plenty of room. Don’t be gaslit into thinking expansion is for the “one bid leagues”. It’s not.

In CCW class they tell you you have a heightened duty to avoid potential fights while armed, as a matter of legal and practical self-preservation. You don't want to raise the stakes to death in a fight, and you don't want to have to argue to a jury later about whether you provoked a fight while armed to bait someone into a self-defense situation. The anti-ICE protestors have inverted the duties of being an armed citizen (or a citizen in control of a lethal instrument, like a car in a traffic stop). They are deliberately creating situations of maximum ambiguity with a low level threat of lethal danger to bait law enforcement into making them heroic victims or martyrs. Being an "observer" of law enforcement, while also armed and getting into shoving distance with them, is just a bad idea, even if you think the law empowers you to play the "I'm not touching you" game with acts of defiance or minor assaults. It's also hazardous to the public trust to create a situation in which every protestor is regarded as a potential threat, and every cop seen to be on the edge of shooting someone. I can't tell from the video whether this guy drew his gun at any point in the struggle. Regardless, getting into a struggle with a cop while armed has a serious chance of ending in your death. Even if the resulting shoot is ruled unjustified or in error, you're still dead, which is only good for people who profit from chaos and mistrust (protestors who cause is bad). The shooting will not have been *unjust* or criminal, just a tragedy. It's also not proof of government oppression, because every government has to enforce laws, and you can't use the chaos of choosing to interfere with law enforcement as proof that having laws is unjust.

If a police officer pulls me over, and I don’t like the charges, I can have my day in court. If I get out of my car, stick my phone in his face and cuss him out, I’ll get additional charges and probably arrested. If I get out of my car and get in a fist fight with him, I deserve to get my ass beat. If I choose to get in a fist fight with him and have a gun on me, I deserve to get shot if they feel threatened making split second decisions. All this can be avoided if I simply accept, and respect, the officer’s authority a remain a law abiding citizen. The fact this is a wild take in America today is laughable.

I’m old enough to remember being able to turn on the TV and just watch sports without needing 4000 different apps to do so. Just like make it stop. I want to click the on button and just bam, sports right there. Is that too much to ask for? Isn’t technology supposed to make life simpler?
YouTube TV@YouTubeTV

Despite our best efforts, we have not been able to reach a fair deal, and starting today, Disney programming will not be available on YouTube TV. This means you will no longer be able to watch channels like ABC and ESPN or access recordings from these networks in your Library.

Roseanne Barr – Fired by ABC/Disney and her hit show Roseanne canceled overnight in 2018 after one tweet. Hundreds of cast and crew lost their jobs. Gina Carano – Fired from The Mandalorian in 2021 for social media posts that didn’t fit the Left’s politics. Dropped by her agency too. Megyn Kelly – Fired by NBC in 2018, her morning show canceled after comments about Halloween costumes. Dave Chappelle – Netflix employees staged a walkout and demanded his comedy special be pulled for “transphobia.” The Left tried hard to cancel him. Joe Rogan – The Left pressured Spotify to drop him, running coordinated campaigns and advertiser boycotts over COVID discussions. Tucker Carlson – Taken off Fox News in 2023. Liberal activists bragged about advertiser pressure campaigns that helped force him out, costing thousands of downstream jobs. Parler – Apple, Google, and Amazon colluded in 2021 to wipe the entire platform off the internet. Tens of thousands of small creators and businesses lost income overnight. J.K. Rowling – Blacklisted from events, attacked by activists, and pressured out of projects for speaking her mind. Mike Lindell – MyPillow pulled from major retailers, banned from Twitter, and targeted with advertiser boycotts. Alex Jones – Simultaneously banned in 2018 by YouTube, Facebook, Apple, and Spotify. Coordinated erasure celebrated as a model for censorship. Patterns are clear: Coordinated advertiser boycotts. Public celebrations of people losing jobs and businesses. Two sets of rules — the Left can lie (Russia hoax, Covington kids smear, Jussie Smollett, etc.) and laugh about it, but the Right gets destroyed. Accountability only ever goes one way. The Left has spent the last decade perfecting cancel culture, destroying jobs, nuking shows, wiping platforms off the internet, and laughing while people’s lives were ruined. But sure… Jimmy Kimmel smugly lying about a political assassination? Totally fine.

Ok Amy, since you seem to have an IQ lower than the temperature of the room I’m in, let me explain this slowly: When a service member cheers the murder of an innocent American, it is not “disagreeing with a podcaster.” It is: 1.A violation of their oath to support and defend the Constitution, which guarantees life and due process. 2.Conduct unbecoming under Article 133, UCMJ. 3.Bringing discredit upon the Armed Forces under Article 134, UCMJ. 4.Failure to obey lawful orders on extremist activity under Article 92, UCMJ. 5. An insider threat under DoD Directive 5205.16 — using their access and platform to normalize violence against Americans, corrode morale, and undermine the mission . This isn’t about silencing free speech. It’s about rooting out oath breakers. Every service member swears an oath to defend Americans, not glorify their deaths. And when you twist that reality into a cheap talking point, you don’t just defend the guilty, you slander the very idea of service itself. That is the true disgrace. Again, do push-ups until I get tired.
Amy McGrath@AmyMcGrathKY

Unprecedented witch hunt. This is wrong. I’m hearing people are being UCMJd here for disagreeing with a podcaster.
