R5Valkyrie now has custom particle effects! Legends now have their original particles ported into the game Custom particle effects: @CafeFps Particle effect materials, shaders and models: @LorryLeKral

I just made my biggest contribution to Apex Legends and I couldn't be more proud of it. A couple of weeks ago, I figured out a way to convert shader assets back to legacy Season 3 format, this allowed us to achieve the impossible: add newer maps to modded Apex. I’m excited to see how the most dedicated players will use this to push their skills even further, and I want to invite creators and modders to explore their creativity with this new wave of Apex content. @CafeFps when the audio doesn't play for a person, would it still show up on the screen?

@NeNe_Apex_ You're right, but the audio itself is revealing the position of the enemies so this could just work as an extension for that. Do you think if it's pubs only could make it retain a more casual player base?

@CafeFps Gotta be honest I kind of see y it isn’t in the game it’s legit wall hacks in Fortnite it works cause u can develop ur own cover apex ur getting constant updates on players location to the point u remove skill and positioning. I get audios is broken but this isn’t the fix

@CafeFps Realistically how long did this take you though? @CafeFps Just a curiosity on how long it would take for the devs to put something like this in the main game, ie a day or several months of coding (I know nothing of coding I’m just curious for the sake of it )

@theonlyGiggidy Yea, it shouldn't be taken as a duck tape fix for audio, but an accesibility feature for those that play on tv or without headphones.

@CafeFps Great work! And it Would be nice, but tbf I’d prefer season 1-3’s crystal clear audio before it got cluttered with other things .
