Usually it’s on a physical receipt but for those that ordered the ultimate edition from a retailer had to order online and couldn’t get a physical receipt.

@Cahj_Null @Vintagespaceray @BandaiNamcoUS @BestBuy There was nothing in the case for the pre order bonus, you probably didn’t have this issue for whatever reason but don’t think for a second that others might have this issue. It was even posted on Reddit because it’s not just inclusive to just one retailer.
