@seb_matts Context switching is a great idea, I never thought about how much I actually do that! I have a break session log but didn't even think of a flow session log, that might even be more important. I was eventually planning on doing a Slack and Notion integration maybe even email too!

Really cool idea. I think tracking context switching would be super helpful, like how often someone jumps between apps or tabs. It’s a sneaky cause of burnout that people don’t always notice. Also maybe something like a “flow session” log? Times when you were focused without interruptions, vs scattered multitasking. Could help users build awareness around when they’re actually getting deep work done. Curious, are you planning to integrate with tools like Slack or Notion to track work context more deeply?
