Note: I am on a 1gb connection. Nothing is restricted on my router/modem or system. Youtube is set to highest quality yet ignores that setting. And no, I will not just add an extension to 'fix' the issue

Does anyone know how to set youtube to be using the highest quality available for videos when watching? Getting fed up of having to change from 480p to 1080 or above EVERY SINGLE VIDEO!
