@DonSkeletor Our office in the UK was established before they left the EU. We’ve been working on getting an office set up in the EU to help avoid this situation, but international commerce can be quite difficult sometimes. For now, Amazon EU should have the best deals on our products.

@LavaVex Anything is possible, but no promises. Thunderbolt switches are more complicated than standard Thunderbolt docks, inherently more expensive, and have a smaller audience. Definitely more of a risk. But we do love the convenience they bring!

@CalDigit hey, any chance we can get a thunderbolt switch? I want to use a TS5+ with both my windows PC and my MacBook Pro and be able to switch between them with the press of a button…

Hey @CalDigit, I think the Ethernet port on your TS4 dock no longer works reliably with MacOS Tahoe. Used to be somewhat unreliable before, dropping about once a week. It’s now barely usable, dropping daily. No longer can unplug and replug to get it work, now requires a full dock reboot each time. Verified with several other Mac owners, we are all having the same issues.

@CalDigit When a new firmware version for the ts5 plus gonna come out?
