Finding @CalSleeper more and more difficult to use as a business traveller Short notice cancellation this evening with the offer of alternates which get into London hours after my meeting starts. Also many issues booking Aberdeen leg due to what appear at to be selective running

We're very sorry for last night's short notice cancellation. On the rare occasions this may happen, we do everything we can to avoid it or make alternative arrangements for our guests to get to where they need to be. Regarding selective running of the Aberdeen service, we are operating that train every night but there are longstanding engineering works on the line which means we're not able to call at some intermediate stops during the week.

@CalSleeper would probably be great if it weren't for the obnoxious passengers keeping everyone in the carriage awake with their music, despite repeated requests to turn it down. 😡

@GuyEmerson The crew onboard who you complained to should have completed an onboard feedback so we then in the GSC could deal with it.

@CalSleeper offer a very poor service. Paid £570 for an experience, for which they cancelled breakfast and then dinner with no notice and did not apologise or seek to resolve. Complained and no response. Not recommended, very poor experience.
