FLOOD WATCH STATEMENT: Forecasted warmer conditions, with temperatures expected to reach the up to 12 to 17 degrees Celsius by Saturday the March 7, 2026, is expected to to bring in 15 to 20 millimetres of rain tonight. Warmer temperatures may melt the snowpack, and the freezing rain will increase water levels along the Credit River. Combined with the expected rainfall, this may cause some flooding along the Credit River and its major tributaries, as well as increased flows and water levels in low-lying areas.
