Rising 4th year tip: Make a separate email for ERAS/Thalamus. Forward it to someone you trust (I had mine texted to my husband). Give them your Thalamus login and tell them to schedule if you don’t reply in 5 min. Timing matters and it can get hectic fast!!!

The minimum wage should be a number that, if you work at that wage for 40 hours per week, you’re able to afford housing, healthcare, and groceries. That’s not a radical belief.
