@OffKing_Madey @Backarray Intention to enter legal relations is sort of absent because as at the time they agreed to marry, they did not intend to be attended by legal consequences. Their agreement is based on good faith.But of course there’s always an exception. Did the man suffer great sacrifices?

Broke off my engagement two months to the wedding. Hall paid for, popular comedian paid for, part payment for popular musician paid for. Vera Wang wedding dress paid for. Broke things off without thinking of all of that and returned everyone’s aso ebi money. I was getting married for the wrong reasons and I just couldn’t continue. I made one of the best decisions of my life.

@roqiiiiiib_ @Backarray Correct me if I’m wrong.The SOF Act was amended in 1954; agreement made upon consideration of marriage need not be in writing I.e it does not need to be in writing for it be enforced upon the defaulting party. And the former western states adopted this through local legislation.
