You need to look at everything with curiosity. Your health. Your relationships. Your business. It is impossible to feel pessimistic and curious at the same time. It flips the script from “what if it fails”, to “what if it does not?” Whenever you are looking negatively, it is because you have closed your curiosity. One of the strongest tools you have.

Learning to distinguish between productive stress and destructive stress is one of the highest leverage skills in health optimization.
