Also asking for 2 weeks off caused a lot of drama. My boss would not like to give me 2 weeks off even when worked 3 years straight, didnt have any holidays and was not paid extra for working christmas and holidays. I was officially done with it.

This was my last paycheck message after quitting my job to pursue my dreams. You might be thinking "YOU are crazy, why did you do that? HERE'S WHY: -Worked at a retail/food store for 3 years and only had 2 weeks off. - did not get paid public holiday and weekend rates.

Problem: "I need to learn everything before I start." → Overwhelmed. Stuck in tutorials. Zero projects. Solution: Pick one thing. Build anything. Fail fast, learn faster. => Growth happens in the doing, not the preparing.
