This #InternationalWomensDay, I'm thinking of all the amazing role models in women's sport who inspire my daughters, my sons, me and thousands of others every day. They are challenging gender stereotypes and changing lives every time they take to the pitch. #LetGirlsPlay

Reshuffling FOUR departments is not trivial. It may look like it gives govt more "focus" on key priorities, but the immediate impact will be negative for impact/ outcomes. Disruption is not good by definition; change needs to be well managed by design. This has not been.

I'll never forget the day Doddie Weir stooped under the doorframe into my English class at school. I was 11 and in awe. He was a giant in every respect. A commanding presence on the pitch and a source of amazing inspiration off it, especially these last six years. RIP.
