20 yrs ago today, we were just about to do the Atlantic edition of Canada Now on CBC when we started getting alerts about blackouts back east. Bureau after bureau went dark with no explanation. From Vancouver, we went live to the network until Toronto was able to pick up programming on emergency power. Do you remember where you were when the lights went out?
