David doubled down hard, saying: “It’s the truth – ugly girls have better personalities than beautiful super models.” Ben pushed back, asking if he understands why people are offended by it. If you try and keep everyone happy you can’t say a word.” Meanwhile, the one woman on the sofa, Cat Deeley, just sat there laughing and didn’t seem too offended by what David was saying. Great debate, awkward, blunt, and zero pandering to political correctness.
