Yes level 1...exactly. I told you that the laws regarding BBBEE and EE is based on race and therefore, racist. Secondly, it's against the constitution that clearly gives all the Right to freedom of association. That means every person has the right to associate with whom ever he, she, pleases. But the government applies this right only to suit themselves. If your Father by his own choice associate with people that gives him access to the government... Then great for him. But why must it be forced upon all by law. As for myself, I have more than one partner of colour in more than one business but not to get government contracts but because they are capable in themselves. In other words, just normal business as it should be and not by government law. The way it should be.

Around here, there are many who lost business opportunities because the have no interest of sharing their business with others, regardless of race. You are definitely not a racist if you believe in equality. Equal rights was what was fought for and if we can have that, the country would be better to live in for all. I have no problem giving black people some advantage but we both know that the government use it to line their pockets. If someone like Elon or anyone wants to invest in SA... That is GOOD for the country as a whole. Because of Escom's incompetence our cost of electricity has gone through the roof and large manufacturing are closing because of it. We need to attract foreign investment, not chase them away. Making one politically connected person like Motsepe, for an example, richer won't help anyone else.
