🚨We are pleased that the ULEZ expansion is going ahead as planned. Air pollution is a public health emergency contributing to 4,000 early deaths in London every year. This is a positive step towards cleaner air across the city, allowing Londoners to breathe more easily.

My statement on today's ULEZ High Court ruling:

Public support for climate measures in the UK is high. Let’s hope short-sighted politicians don’t fracture the consensus that has been hard won. Good to see support for @NEF’s frequent flyer levy.

Are you the same guy who dropped his house building targets? Because I’m the guy who started building more council homes than the rest of England combined, exceeded your affordable homes targets & built more homes of any kind than since the 1930s. This is desperate nonsense.
