@FireEmblemJP I like to think of this as a joke. Some people comment about how the crit animations aren’t over the top or insane. Most of the cast are grown ass adults wielding giant metal weapons. Their bodies & backs cannot take that sort of magical backflip spin shit. Lol

@dimiedeleth Those Who Slither in the Dark did the exact same thing in 3 Houses. They considered EVERYONE ELSE to be “beasts” of low intelligence or simple minded compared to themselves. It was never a skin color thing. People are just finding any reason to hate this character now.

@Braxfam @dimiedeleth In 3 houses Those Who Slither in the Dark were the exact same way. They called EVERYONE ELSE “Beasts” thinking themselves to be far more intelligent and advanced than others. It had nothing to do with skin color then and it has nothing to do with skin color now.

@Elpis0fh0pe Right? I saw his design, noticed the lazy eye, and he instantly shot up to my #1 favorite character design by far. I love that they’re branching out with unique ally designs in for game.

Very disappointed to see many FE fans being overtly rude about a character with a lazy eye. I like Instys gave us a unique looking character who is an ally instead of using said unique characteristics and making him a villain. Like is that how y’all would react to a person irl??

@TacuzzuSC This guy has to be by far my favorite design. It’s honestly because of his eye that I find him so interesting. It’s a fresh and new design that was needed for FE. People need to not judge a book by its cover. We know nothing about him. Even with the eye this dude looks handsome.

As an almost blind person with a glass eye, those comments are making me feel very uncomfortable. Is this how blind people / with glass eyes are perceived by the world? "Bizarre"? "Untrustworthy"? "Where's bro looking at"? We are still HUMANS, you know?

@KirbyCheatFurby It really looks like he’ll potentially be an ally character. Though I’m only basing this off the slightly filled class EXP bar next to him and the dark blue color down by the UI and his character portrait.

so is this the first fire emblem character to have a lazy eye? honestly it caught me super off-guard at first because i didn't expect a franchise like fire emblem to even have a character with a lazy eye, but it's actually quite cool (i have a super weak left eye. it sucks)
