@CameronHouseLL our favourite place to stay and having not been for several years what a disappointment. Check in 3.30pm, room not ready, head to Great Scots Bar, 30mins to be served, head for dinner, no fillet steaks left. Service very slow everywhere. What’s gone wrong?

@CameronHouseLL we have been here for a week and can’t believe the service we have had !! Paying 6k for a week and having to chase them every day for simple things ! Room service is a joke never got our dinner! We phoned to tell them to forget it - the reply no worries 😡🤮
