I am so blessed and excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at Palm Beach Atlantic University! First, I want to thank God for everything and this opportunity to continue playing the sport I love at the collegiate level! Outfield throwing drill if you have limited space I am having Cam pretend to catch a fly ball and go right into her crow hop to throw. The idea is to “get behind the ball” so you can keep your momentum going into your throw. We started this way and then moved to her opening up, getting behind the ball and pretending to catch to throw. Step with glove foot when catching and push out into your crow hop. Feet stay in constant motion and should never stop. Be sure to follow your throw. This is a good throwing drill if you’re indoors and have low ceilings where you can’t hit fly balls.
