@northernassist Hello, I have a ticket through to Sheffield from Glasgow on Avanti, yourselves and EMR via Preston and MAN, incase I miss the 21:24 from Preston because of my Avanti issue, am I allowed to use my ticket on the 21:44 TPE instead?

@CameronSpratt22 Hello, I would advise double checking with Northern but this shouldn't be an issue. ^Kim

@TPEassist Hi, just wondering if on the chance I miss the 21:24 Northern from PRE-MCO, I’m allowed to travel on the 21:44 TPE to MCO instead? I now only have 6 mins to change at PRE, if it’s on time, because of an Avanti cancellation.

@CameronSpratt22 You would need to speak with @TPEassist regarding that. I can't answer for them, I'm afraid. - Pete

@AvantiWestCoast Alright thanks. Incase I miss my connection onto my 21:24 northern from Preston to Manchester, is my ticket valid on the TPE afterwards too? That would still just about let me make the last Sheffield train?
English

@CameronSpratt22 Hi Cameron, sorry for the issues today, if you do miss your last connection, please speak with station staff and they will arrange onward transport for you. - Pete

@AvantiWestCoast I’ve got a ticket on the 18:40 from GLC to PRE, continuing to Sheffield via Manchester. We’ve been told that it’s now only going to Carlisle and to get on an Edinburgh service from there. I’m booked on the last MAN-SHF of the day, what will you do if I miss that?
English

@CameronSpratt22 They are accepting our tickets, we have removed the wording off the website due to being late at night where there are not as many onward connections and we do not leave people stranded ^CG

@EastMidRailway Is the 21:32 from STP to SHF still expected to run on time? Seems like the inbound from Sheffield is going to be a good hour late but nothing on the website about it
English

@EastMidRailway Hi, it said that they were all gonna be at least 40 late so I got an LNER service to Doncaster as it said was valid on your website, but that’s now disappeared, is this still a valid option or am I likely to now be fined?
English

@CameronSpratt22 Good afternoon, Cameron. At the moment, there is no reported delay, even though some earlier services are running late. This has not yet impacted the 21:32 service. If that changes, it will be reflected in the train delay system, as it takes earlier services into account. ^TM
English

@EastMidRailway Brilliant, thank you. I notice the 21:32, :35 and 22:15 are still cancelled, will the 22:32 be running with 10 cars so that it’s not full and everyone gets on?
English

@CameronSpratt22 Hello Cameron, we are now running the 22:32 service. ^KP

@EastMidRailway
Hi, you’ve cancelled the 22:32, and the 3 before that. How am I supposed to get back to Leicester tonight? The route via Euston and Nuneaton would mean I’d have to leave London at 20:36 which isn’t really possible
English

@EastMidRailway
I had an open return from London to Sheffield for yesterday. I was intending to get the 19:45 but because of the overcrowding didn’t get on a train till the 21:56. How can I submit this as a delay repay? The website would just look at the 19:45 delay.
English

@ChimeraX2021 @robjacksonIM @EastMidRailway Perhaps a weekend where there aren’t two major sporting events going on, such as this coming Sunday?
The passengers were not the problem, there was no organisation at all in place., which is wholly EMR’s fault. You were not there and did not experience what happened.
English

@CameronSpratt22 @robjacksonIM @EastMidRailway When were there supposed to do it? It really does seem that you people don't actually want the railway maintained.......🙄
It was no doubt the pax that were the problem. It usually is.........
English

@ChimeraX2021 @robjacksonIM @EastMidRailway Network rail is mainly to blame for thinking engineering work on London marathon day was a good idea, but EMR managed everything atrociously today, staff managing STP today did an awful job. Shouting at and threatening passengers that they won’t get on trains isn’t the way to go
English

@robjacksonIM @EastMidRailway Explain how they're supposed to "plan" away engineering works?
English

@ChimeWhistle I was supposed to be on the 19:45 and because of the crowds had to get the 21:56 instead. 0 sympathy for EMR or network rail, they knew when the marathon was and still planned engineering works on the same day - EMR were being silly by sending some services out as only 5 cars
English

@EastMidRailway Could you explain why you’ve just sent the 20:30 and 20:45 away when 75% of its passenger are waiting at the barriers for it? This is an absolute joke, you guys knew it was the London marathon today and haven’t prepared for it
English

@EastMidRailway Thanks, your station staff on platform 2 have been brilliant too, really helpful and friendly.
English

@CameronSpratt22 I would advise travelling to Derby as planned and then catching a service from Derby towards Sheffield. ^KP
English

@EastMidRailway I’m waiting for a late 13:06 from Leicester to Sheffield. It’s only going to Derby, am I allowed to get the late 12:47 to Nottingham and get a northern/EMR train from there to Sheffield instead?
English

@CameronSpratt22 Good Afternoon Cameron, which type of ticket have you got please? ^KP
English

@AerLingus Hello, I'm booked on EI201 tomorrow from Manchester to Dublin, you've just changed the aircraft from an A330, if I don't get a window seat, like I had initially pre-selected, at check-in tomorrow morning, will I be entitled to a refund for that seat selection?
English

@TicketmasterCS Hi, I have tickets for Chris Brown in Birmingham today, and our seats have just been changed.
One of our friends has been moved to the opposite side of the arena although he was originally on the same row (but further down from us). Can you help move him closer?
