I just want to bring something to the attention of all Tekken players. I recently participated in the S8UL GAUNTLET Tekken Qualifiers Tournament, where I secured 3rd place. As per the announcement, the top 2 players were supposed to receive sponsorship from their side. However, later I came across information that S8UL was considering sponsoring one additional player. Recently, I saw posts about a bootcamp that is currently ongoing, and it appears that they have selected a third player. Ideally, if an additional player was to be selected, it should have been the 3rd place finisher. However, they have instead selected the 4th place player. I initially thought there might be some misunderstanding, so I reached out to one of the admins and explained that, as a competitive player with more than a decade of experience, I also deserved consideration. I mentioned that if they were open to selecting beyond the top 2, then extending it to the top 3—or even clearly stating top 4—would have been fair. However, the response I received was: “We don’t care about positions; it’s our choice—we selected him.” I’m sharing this post out of disappointment. It feels unfair, especially for experienced players who put in a lot of effort but do not receive recognition due to such decisions. I have participated in many tournaments, and organizers usually honor what they promise. Unfortunately, this experience has been different. @8bit__goldy @8bit_thug @MortalxS8ul @S8ulesports

@Naagar77 @Rohit_jain86 They clearly fulfilled their promise of sponsoring the top2. Whoever they choose below the top 2 is entirely upto them. Rohit's got a valid reason to feel aggrieved but S8ul also didn't do anything wrong. So stop with these nonsensical comments.

@Rohit_jain86 If placements don’t matter, just say it openly next time. Don’t run a tournament and then ignore your own results. “We don’t care about positions” is honestly a terrible stance for a tournament organizer—this sets a really bad precedent for the competitive scene.

I took a look at the format and the Grand Final is between the UB and LB winners. It's a bit confusing for me. Can someone explain which positions qualify from this CCO.

@fcb_spidyy Pedri was already a world class player. Gavi, Balde were gettimg consistent minutes under Koeman. Casado only played only about 40 minutes under Xavi. Lamine started getting game time only after his precious Dembele left. Only legit find of his is Fermin.

@santiagoDCortez @Temidayo344 Why would it matter when he learns haki. In the current story when he learned he was capable of it, it took him only 6 months under rayleigh to learn. Also almost every ‘D’ is capable of some kind of Haki. Him not having a df doesn’t change his genes.

@santiagoDCortez @Temidayo344 You gotta know that ‘if’ Luffy knows Shanks, he’s gonna eat his df in everytime. Coz I don’t think, Shanks, the guy with the strongest Haki and who’s said to have further future sight than Katakuri, just forgets about the df when Luffy ate it. That was his plan.

@santiagoDCortez @Temidayo344 If Luffy didn’t eat his df that would mean he never met Shanks and if he didn’t meet shanks he wouldn’t think of becoming the pirate king. Garp would make him a really good Marine and if he could help koby learn haki,then why couldn’t Luffy learn haki.
