The Province was told that funding top ups from the federal government would cease over a year ago. And yet no plans were made to address those funding changes from the Ministry knowing that thousands of students and staff would be affected. This is on top of the fact that Alberta reported a $4 billion surplus. There’s no reason why these programs couldn’t be funded, Minister.

I don't know how to say this without sounding smug or offending someone's identity but here goes: If you live within 5 km of work or school, the single best change you can make for your quality of life is to start biking there.
