Over the past three years, the Nature+ project has worked with communities to support the land, people, and institutions that depend on it across Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe. 🌱 Using local knowledge, the program focuses on building resilience through restored landscapes and sustainable livelihoods. While conservation agriculture is a key part of this work, Nature+ goes beyond it to support activities people may not always associate with restoration, including beekeeping, improved access to water, and opportunities to sell goods in local markets. This #EarthDay, we celebrate the impact of Nature+ and the sustainable practices helping to strengthen livelihoods, improve food systems, and restore land for generations to come.
