Let's talk tech! Last week, members of our HydroAI engineering team met with master's and PhD students from Mila. The goal: To find those interested in helping to advance our AI capabilities for fish species classification. This work is part of a @CanadaOSC project that will enable hydropower sites to automatically identify species through our HydroAI solution. @CanadaOSC has announced four new ocean projects — including the $2.4 million Digital Ship Vessel Sustainment Project, led by Genoa Design in partnership with @SSI_CAD. This project will develop an advanced digital platform to improve the efficiency, safety, and sustainment of marine vessels, strengthen lifecycle management, and expand our impact as Digital Ship Experts®. By bringing together leaders in shipbuilding and digital tech, this work positions Canada at the forefront of global Digital Ship® innovation, with strong potential for international growth.
