My advice for the 49ers front office this offseason: -Trade BA for anything you can get, or release him. -Trade Mac Jones for the highest pick you can find. -Sign Zach Wilson. -Bring in a draft/scout expert. -Fire and replace the training staff. -Replace the LG and Center. -Resign Eddy Pineiro. -Add a true WR1 and another WR2. Can’t rely on Ricky. -Find another RB, Jordan James or whoever. -CMC should share 50% of rushing attempts at best. -Add a CB1, make Demo CB2. -Find a Free Safety to pair with Malik. -Sign/Draft another Edge opposite Nick Bosa. -Move on from Jauan for anything over $10Mil Per. -Establish a power running game. -Find a bruising FB to block. -Find a mauler inside on the Dline. -Add another LB who can challenge everyone, outside of Fred for their spot. -Hire an offensive assistant with fresh ideas.

John Lynch is second in charge, a nice guy, and a PR face of the franchise. He doesn’t make final decisions on personnel. Stop making him the scapegoat for the decisions Kyle is ultimately making. I don’t think either should be fired. But speak honestly about this team.
