These initiatives include: ✅Operational Continuity – Sustaining essential operations and maintaining development momentum. ✅Liquidity Incentives – Boosting liquidity in Pangolin V3 pools through structured incentive programs. ✅CEX Expansion – Facilitating PNG listings on new CEXs to broaden user access. ✅Market-Making Infrastructure – Establishing market-making infrastructure to ensure healthy PNG markets across platforms. This proposal seeks to position Pangolin for sustainable growth by securing resources for operational stability, liquidity incentives, and CEX expansion. Approval will enable Pangolin to maintain its leadership in Avalanche ecosystem innovation. 📊 A Record of Responsible Management Since our team took over in February 2024, we have demonstrated a commitment to responsible financial management. The initial budget allocation for six months was extended to 14 months, thanks to careful planning and cost-efficient decision-making.
