@unclelukereal1 Unc, this isn't specific to black athletes and coaches. This is how almost ALL organizations treat their employees, regardless of color. The issue is the disparity between employee and employer.

I just disagree with how targeting is assessed and officiated as a whole. Obviously would be great if a player isn’t suspended for the next game but that’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to enforcement and consequences of that penalty. I’ve been pretty vocal that targeting should be treated like flagrant fouls in basketball where there should be tiers of severity based on intent.
