The software sector is facing a massive debt wall: ~$40 billion in software and services debt matures in 2028, the largest single-year concentration. The vast majority of this is rated B- or lower, deep in junk territory, with no investment-grade debt in the mix. In total, ~$100 billion in software debt matures from 2026 to 2029, with an additional ~$70 billion beyond 2030. Meanwhile, AI disruption is increasing credit risk for software borrowers, the exact companies that private credit funds have been lending to most aggressively. Software is also the largest sector in the leveraged loan market, representing 12% of the total. Refinancing this debt at higher rates with deteriorating fundamentals will be a growing problem for the sector. The software sector has a tough road ahead.

okay so…do we think $SOFI gets into the S&P today after hours? usually the committee tends to make companies wait a while after they get eligible so maybe this will require a longer wait other names like $VRT $RDDT $MSTR $MRVL could also get in but seems like there is a decent chance for SoFi today

SpaceX valued at $1.75T. $RKLB valued at $38B. Just 2.2% of SpaceX's valuation. SpaceX is 46x bigger. Saw @aleabitoreddit mention $RKLB being one of SpaceX's largest public competitors. SpaceX is like the mature older brother...profitable, dominant, much bigger. $RKLB is the little brother...smaller, not yet profitable, but building its own ecosystem of space systems + connectivity. Nevertheless, starting to look a lot like its big bro. Feel like it's becoming the best way to own a “mini spaceX” and capitalize on the run up anticipation phase into the IPO. If big brother IPOs anywhere near $1.75T, and little brother is only 2.2% of that...either SpaceX is wildly overvalued (no), or $RKLB is wildly undervalued (yes imo). Thinking this theme goes parabolic for the next 3 months. Led by $RKLB, now $71.

@QualityInvest5 Fair comment. I just find it too hard to wait until it meets some of those criteria. I feel like great business should be bought on any 20% or more draw downs. But I understand your plan. What about $SE ? Like them at all?

@CannaInform stock price % drawdown is completely irrelevant. Valuation is only thing that determines cheapness/expensiveness I wouldve LIKE to have it closer to 10x TTM sales, but perhaps too greedy on my end, shouldve bite the bullet and bout at 12x when it was at $115~ Anyways

BREAKING: Warner Bros Discovery says that they are now evaluating Paramount’s new offer, which includes a $31 per share buyout and covers the $2.8B termination fee with Netflix. Netflix does about $9B of net income per year. If the deal doesn’t go through, they just did 30% of their net income for the year with this termination fee…in a few months. $WBD $PSKY $NFLX
