Unboxing the Pixel Pump 2, a SMD vacuum assembly tool! This was the greatest unboxing experience of my whole life. You can really tell the passion he put into building this. The SMD magazines might be the coolest thing I’ve seen, really well executed!

@Cannibal @defcon Surprisingly Decent for the stock garbage drivers. I have a mix of drivers going in- BlieSma Berylliums, Focal Utopias, and BLAM Midbass.

@elkentaro @defcon The front? Cover plate for the front of the machine. It's a 90 year old singer 201-2 I restored recently. I got it because it's beefy, all metal gears and direct drive motor. It'll punch through several layers of 1000D cordura and in an emergency can be used as a boat anchor.

WOWOWOWOWOW I just got this in the mail. @fnirsi hooked me up with this to review and upgrade my setup. I’m so excited to try it out and make a review video! Hopefully this is the start of a long partnership because I love their stuff!

@Cannibal @defcon Finally got a slip-on for the T7, just a bit throatier and a bit more bark to the sound. However, this makes packing for long rides easier and moves heat away from the bags. Excited to go camping again when it cools off a bit.

@realwillreil @10_X_eng The PodMic from Rode is the one that I have that would make the most sense in this context. I have a couple of their shotgun mics as well but wouldn't be great for this use case. They also have a USB version of the PodMic but I've never used it

@Cannibal @10_X_eng Which microphone do you have?

My first test of the overhead camera using my phone. This is exactly what I was looking for to make my videos!

@10_X_eng @realwillreil Will second getting a good mic. I also have a Rode and it punches way above its weight class. You might need an XLR > USB interface like a focusrite scarlet but it's worth every penny.

@realwillreil I used to have a semi-successful YT and the very first thing people bitched about was audio quality. I learned in the first two weeks orientation and audio being consistent really mattered to people.
