@VolteFaceInvest When i bought a second refrigerator I insisted on an old fashioned one with no electronics. My grandmother's refrigerator lasted longer than her. With the electronic ones they last about 7-10 years and repairs can be in the thousands

There appear to be new types of bots on X. The bots used to be obvious but the new ones look like real sophisticated analysis. I saw something posted about a stock I'm familiar with that was wrong. I checked and the bot posted about dozens of stocks a day

@quantumjetpack @EmmetPeppers The problem with AI is that it's right a lot of the time but if you aren't an expert you wont know when it's wrong

@CapitalObserver @EmmetPeppers Not sure if elon added it but there are a lot of accounts, bots posting ai generated text. Some even seem very informative, tho they don’t clearly state they are ai. Many people are doing this. Basically ai is making it easier for them to produce (sometimes valuable) content

$AMZN has not been repurchasing and $AAPL is likely to continue repurchasing due to the fact they are not competing in AI. Overall we are seeing a $28 billion quarterly decline in YOY repurchases from the big boys, although $NVDA said they would pick up the pace

$MSFT repurchases were flattish YOY but a modest $4.6 billion, only slightly exceeding $3 billion in SBC

$GOOG went from $15 billion repurchases in the year ago Q1 to zero this Q1
